How long have you lived in your community?
I reside in Del Norte and have lived in the area for roughly 1.5 years. I am originally from Pagosa but have lived in Montrose and moved here from Durango.

What other roles have you served in your community?
I was previously a CNA at the Rio Grande Hospital in Del Norte.

Short description of what you do at STPHD:
I don’t have a specific role, as most of us in public health wear many hats, but my official title is Community Health Worker. As a Community Health Worker I help out with our senior community program, as well as
many other tasks in the clinic.

What are you most grateful for in your role at STPHD?
Feeling a part of the community.

Fun fact that may surprise people:
I previously was a semi truck driver.
