Vaccine, Testing, & Data

Vaccines: Primary vaccines and boosters are available in Creede and Lake City. Due to limited availability please call our office for the next available local vaccine clinic. If you are able, please bring this form filled out with you the day of your appointment. For info on Mobile Vaccine Clinics click here, & for all regional providers click here. Testing: To order at-home rapid tests click here. If you test positive for COVID at home please notify your local public health office. If you are experiencing symptoms or have a known exposure to a person with COVID-19 please call us in Creede at 719-658-2416 or Lake City at 970-944-0321 to arrange testing and isolate until you receive a result. Message from Hinsdale County Office of Emergency Management - Tuesday, February 7, 2023

Good morning Hinsdale County and Lake City residents, guests and visitors. According to GCEA and Tri-State officials, as of roughly 4am this morning the majority of power has been restore county-wide. Unfortunately there does appear to be a few locations that are still without power. If one of these locations belongs to you, you are encouraged to call the GCEA Outage Center at 970-641-3520. A big thank you goes out to the leadership and crews of GCEA and Tri-State for their work throughout the night to restore power. All further updates and announcements regarding this incident will be posted on the Hinsdale County and Lake City Facebook pages.
